Limitations of the old system

A device that has run out of steam…
It must be reorganized and directed to the service of Humanity.

The real authors are not rewarded

All too often, discoveries made by individuals or teams are attributed to companies and are therefore ultimately the property of shareholders who had nothing to do with creating the innovations.
True discoverers and inventors are not rewarded for their contribution. Sometimes there is no compensation at all.

A necessary decoupling between creation and production

Many inventions and innovations have not had their chance to exist because the patentees did not have the necessary financial size or sufficient means of production to launch the production of the fruit of their knowledge and imagination.
Creation and production are two activities that must be totally uncorrelated.
This is what the new system of Universal Inventions proposes.

Multiple costs

The absence of a truly international system that allows universal registration in all countries at an affordable cost for inventors hinders innovations and discourages initiatives.
And only the wealthy are allowed to register patents.

Unsuitable for new technological capabilities

In a future world filled with robots and 3D printers that can shape homes, cars, appliances, 24 hours a day, all in an automated network and remotely, the best of humanity can be accessible to all at any time.
The old system cannot allow such a fruitful operation.

A Universal language

The old system is not designed to use a language that is universal, both for human beings and for new production equipment.
In order to constantly evolve inventions, they must be expressed in a structured and articulated manner. So that every grain, every level and sub-level of an invention can be improved by any other person who knows how to specifically improve that subject.
