The new COMMON PROPERTY is the successor to the first HISTORICAL COMMON PROPERTY.
Thus, the COOPERATIVE GOODS formerly called COMMON GOODS are defined as Economic, Natural, and Cultural GOODS & services accessible to all Members of a Community.
And while COOPERATIVE GOODS can be of different types, the best known COOPERATIVE GOODS are historically Nature-based Goods and Resources.
However, COOPERATIVE GOODS are most definable by their spirit of Governance and equitable distribution of Exploited Resources.
Indeed, COOPERATIVE GOODS are defined first and foremost by the existence of a Community of users, whatever its size (local, national, continental, global), which self-manages its resource and shares its results (whatever its form, natural, digital, social) through the institutions it creates and controls.
But we also propose an extension of the notion of COMMON GOOD to the PUBLIC GOOD of a COMMUNITY. Thus Peace, Security and even the Joy of living together in an organization, a group, are also COMMON GOODS.
Goods that must be protected and developed. All together.
P-S As a reminder, we also use on this site the word COOPERATIVE to designate the new COMMON GOODS, the COMMON GOODS, the GOODS & Services created by the active cooperation of its actors.
