What is a Civilizational Singularity?
A Civilizational Singularity is an invention, accessible in the long run to all the inhabitants of the earth, which makes their everyday lives pass into another Human, Technological, Economic, Social and Cultural dimension.

A civilizational singularity is fundamentally a break, an advance, a breakthrough with respect to what existed previously. Not so much at the level of performance where these would be suddenly increased by the Singularity but through creation, the discovery of a new field of Knowledge on unknown and/or unexplored domains that appear in human existence. Fields that come with new tools that flow from this Knowledge or that have generated it. Let’s quote some examples [this is neither a complete list nor a chronological list 🙂 ] to better understand and apprehend what a Civilizational Singularity is.

This shows the “strategic” importance of Civilizational Singularities.
The consequences of the importance of Singularities for Humanity.
Humanity should organize itself to facilitate their multiplication and outbreaks. This should be (and will be) a goal shared by all the nations of the World. With discussions, exchanges and proposals of methods, tests, fundamental research, etc., the World should be able to find a solution to this problem. For if the best way to make Humanity progress is to create Singularities, then let us organize ourselves to have them as soon as possible.

And contrary to what some people think, going to Mars is not a Civilizational singularity!
It is necessary to find a legal singularity to set up the other singularities!
The rise of Capitalism and Liberalism is due to different springs and mechanisms. Among these, one of the most important, one of the keys to the success of Capitalism has been the Financial irresponsibility of the Entrepreneurs. This legal advance made it possible, by decoupling economic bankruptcy from personal bankruptcy on one’s own property, to remove all potential obstacles to setting up an economic activity of the type of the medieval Venetian merchant who lost all his property and possessions when his merchant ship sank. This made business life much easier. And allowed the setting up of several companies for the same Entrepreneur. The fact for the “Company” in the sense of the organization of a Nation to no longer sanction definitively the “loser” distresses the potential entrepreneurs and allows, mechanically, a greater birth of projects. It is this type of mechanism that must be found to create and/or accelerate new Singularities.
Singularities and COOPERACTIVE ASSETS
And this is where the COOPERACTIVE ASSETS are fully adapted to the discovery of this new mechanism. It will not be simply a protection mechanism, but a system with three characteristics. – It will facilitate proposals for Invention – It will be a compensation incentive – It will be a tool for social valorization.
Invention Proposal Facilitator. By the fact that the COOPERACTIVE ASSETS may have common equipment at their disposal, these can be offered for use to the Best Project for a period of time defined on a contract of possible advances. It is the responsibility of the managers of the COOPERACTIVE ASSETS to regularly re-tender the project relevance in order to provide the “best” team with the state-of-the-art facilities of the COOPERACTIVE ASSETS. Sometimes, for certain equipment, the rotation of this equipment is even possible in a daily hourly system of 2 X 8 or half-weekly uses. Furthermore, being in a COOPERACTIVE ASSET allows different teams to meet more easily (especially when the facilities are designed and organized to facilitate these meetings). This mechanism is now an established basis for the fertilization of ideas and skills.
Remuneration incentive. The fact that the teams working on the projects are well identified in logic other than shareholder remuneration will make it possible to better reward the members of the teams with percentages on a part of the turnover made on the commercialization of the singularity. These percentages will be considered as patent shares extinguishable after 20 years and not transferable to others. We can also set up very consequent bonus policies for the discovery of the singularity benefiting the whole of humanity. Would a discovery bonus of one billion Euros, or even 10 billion, be inappropriate for the inventors of unlimited energy? The motivations, the incentives can thus be very clear and very strong. All the more so as they can be the subject of International Competitions. And that “competing” teams (in a healthy emulation for the good of Humanity) will be able to propose very different scientific approaches to find the same singularity and be truly international teams with very different sensitivities and skills in the same team.
Social valorization tool. No longer working within the soulless framework of a Multinational with only financial and short-term objectives is a point that not only interests the new generations entering the labor market, but also becomes, for some of their members, one of the criteria for job selection. Working for a Community, especially when it is for Humanity, the Community of Communities, is very motivating. And the legal form and spirit of the COOPERACTIVE ASSETS respond well to this demand.
Because, whatever Generation we belong to (the 2005 version), the only certainty we must have is that there will be others after ours! It is up to us to organize ourselves to facilitate the discovery of future Civilizational Singularities that will benefit everyone. And especially to the future new Generations!
